Luego de 14 a\u00f1os de intentar buscar justicia sin \u00e9xito, Blanca Monroy, su madre, se acredit\u00f3 como v\u00edctima ante la JEP, retomando su b\u00fasqueda para que se haga justicia, pero esta vez desde el modelo de justicia transicional con enfoque restaurativo de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posteriormente, invite a las\/os estudiantes a realizar un ejercicio comparativo donde identifiquen cu\u00e1les pudieron ser las din\u00e1micas y las l\u00f3gicas bajo las cuales oper\u00f3 la justicia retributiva\/ordinaria en el caso de Juli\u00e1n Oviedo durante los 14 a\u00f1os de b\u00fasqueda de justicia de su mam\u00e1.
